A Day at the Park

Today was a beautiful day in Vermillion, so we spent about 2 hours at the park. It was SO much fun. She is just getting so big! She can go down the slide, and swing and everything all by herself. It was SO fun to take some pictures of her having such a great time, nothing makes me happier than her sweet little smile. She is a beauty.

Daddy's new haircut

Ok so Collin is kinda going bald and he is always complaining, so yesterday he tells me..I need a haircut..just shave it off. I replied Are you SERIOUS? And he was so, for the first time ever, we shaved it. It is taking some time for me to get used to, but he is as handsome as always, and Mar just LOVES to rub his head now, she htinks it is hilarious.

Girls Night Out

It was so nice while we were home for Spring Break, we got to have a boys night, and a girls night. For girls night we all went out to PF Changs...which I LOVE! It was a lot of fun to be with all my sweet sisters and my wonderful mom. I miss them!

Bathtime!

I have so much fun when I go home to Denver, b/c all of my sweet nieces and nephews want to spend lots of time with us. Bathtime was a blast, Tori and Lily wanted just "Manda" to do bathtime, so we went, and I just LOVE these sweet pictures of them. Man, I miss my girls!!

Like mother like daughter...

Marlee LOVES to help me cook/bake. But just like me, her favorite part is sneaking a taste of the unfinished product. She loves to lick the beaters (as I did too..actually still do). She always comes running when she hears the mixer. She likes to sit on the counter with me while I add ingredients. Her favorite thing to make..and eat of course are cookies. We were making cookies a few weeks back and she was sitting in the chair next to me while we were balling them and putting them on the cookie sheet. Well, I noticed towards the end that I had thought I put in more chocolate chips then I was seeing left. Well, that's because as I was placing them on the sheet, my trusty helper was picking the chocolate chips out of the cookies and eating them without me seeing. She's a sneeky little thing, but I love her.

Funny Girl

Marlee cracks me up. She is constantly doing things that make me laugh. She LOVES to sit in the laundry basket, so when laundry day comes she is happy as can be. She also LOVES to dance. She is already into music, which of course I love. She always steals my IPOD, funny thing is she knows exactly what to do. She'll bring me my IPOD, and then go find my headphones and bring them to me and plug them in. Too smart for her own good sometimes!! Man, I love that kid!

Spring Break in Denver

We got to go to Denver for spring break, and escape teh bitter winter here in SD. It was a scary drive but once we made it, it was TOTALLY worth it. We had nice weather, friends and family. What more could you ask for? We even got to go to the Zoo. It was awesome for me to sit back and watch Marlee spend some fun quality time with her daddy....she is a daddy's girl!
