Six Going on Sixteen!

It's so hard for me to believe that my baby girl is 6 already! So many milestones being reached in our family. Sometimes I just want to hit the pause button and stop to smell the roses.
Marlee brings SO much joy into our lives, and the lives of everyone around her. She is one of the most caring, considerate and tender children I have ever met. A real "old soul". She is my cuddle bug, and my gentle reminder of all things righteous. She always brings me back to what is truly important in life and for that I am grateful. I love you sweet girl.

Baby Shower Fun

My sisters and mom threw me a baby shower for family and church friends in September. My sister gave a picture of Liam's bedding to the lady who made the cake and it literally was an EXACT replica. I was thrilled and surprised that they did everything to match the bedding so that I could use the decorations for the nursery. Yay! It was a really fun night to celebrate baby boy and just hang out and catch up with old friends. Thanks to all involved!!

The AWESOME cake!!

We used the letters I made for his crib too!

The only picture I got with friends!?!?!? Lame, I know.

Kenna's in Preschool!!!

First day at Smarty Pants Preschool

It's hard for me to believe that my "little" Kenna Loo is old enough to be in preschool. She is LOVING it. Absolutely none of the reservations and worries that Marlee was having with school this year. The first day we got there and she was ready to kiss me goodbye and rock and roll!! She is so independent it scares me. She's extremely bright and outspoken... She's truly an Earl. I'm so proud of the little person she is becoming. Love her to pieces.

Kindergarten

It's hard for me to believe that my "baby" girl is in kindergarten this year. At Trails West they do 2.5 days a week. The first few weeks it made for REALLY long days for Mar. But now, a few months in, she has found her groove and made her friends. The first week of school her "friend" Connor told her he loved her. The following week asked her to be his girlfriend. It starts, ay yi yi. I did have to give her props though, he's definitely the cutest kid in class. I was proud that she said no and that she thought they should "just be friends". She's growing up more and more every day, and although I love watching it, it's scares me to death. She is such an amazing little girl.

FINALLY!!! First Lost Tooth

Marlee lost her first tooth back in August. She was so excited. She had been impatiently waiting for oh, like three years. Ha. She really feels like one of the big kids now... Me, I'm kinda wishing she'd stay little.
