So yesterday was my 26th birthday. Weird. I know, I know....I am still young, right? It does seem strange to me that I am officially closer to 30 than 20. I still feel so young! Anyway, I sat there yesterday alone with my two girls while Collin was at school, folding laundry and just started smiling. Why? Because I suddenly realized how perfectly content I am with my life right now. It was weird. I just sat back and looked at the girls, looked at Sesame Street on my TV, and then the new family pictures I have up on my wall. I couldn't be happier. I LOVE my sweet husband, ADORE my two beautiful princesses, I love my friends, and I even really enjoy Vermillion now.
It was really cool to just stop and think for a minute about how I have NO regrets about how my life has turned out so far.
Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes yesterday, and thanks Hubby, Marlee and Kenna for making me feel like the luckiest wife and mom around. I love you guys.

I didn't realize it was your birthday! Well happy belated! You have built a great little family and you look amazing doing it! I was at a wedding and saw someold friend the other day and I was so excited to tell them that I had three kids and how happy i was. It feels so calm when you have those moments where everything is right in your own world. Hope this year is a great one for ya!

Happy Birthday! Vermillion has a way with making you fall in love with it! I remember I hated it the first 2 years we lived there and now I think of Vermillion often and am glad for the great memories and lessons I learned there. I actually miss it at times...expecially the Wal-Mart!
You are a very lucky girl, and they are very lucky to have you too, you are a great mom! Wish we could have been there to take you out!! Hope you had a good day anyways! P.S. I didnt know Collin was writing a book, awesome!!! We will have to check it out!

Being able to wake up at 26 and greet the day seeing that you are content with no regrets...now THAT is a birthday present! I don't know many people who made it to 26 feeling that way :) You totally deserve that kind of joy and love! Happy birthday!
