Yesterday Marlee turned four! I can't believe she is so big already. The time with her has gone SO fast, and I have loved almost every minute of it.
We went out for a special mommy-Marlee surprise. I took her to the Movie Tavern (which is like a movie theatre, with tables and waiters and stuff). We saw Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs in 3D. She thought it was hilarious. We ate candy, and got fries and a strawberry milkshake. She is so much fun to be with. Especially one on one. The things she says crack me up. It was a fun date!
Unfortunately, after Marlee's party on Friday my niece Lily started feeling sick. Turns out she has H1N1. Then, yesterday morning we found out that my nephew Jake also has it. Last night I started getting a really sore throat and a cough, same with Kenna. I don't know if we have it or not, but whatever it is, it is not fun. We were supposed to go to Utah this weekend and see one of my VERY best friends baby....but I don't know if that will happen now. I am super bummed. I guess we'll see...

I can't believe she is four, either! Time must move faster where you are, because four years could not possibly have passed in our lives since then!
As for the H1N1, there are those who say it may be advantageous to have already had it. On the off-chance it does mutate into something more harmful, your body will have already developed a little bit of immunity towards this virus, so hang in there and count your blessings! Just don't go infecting any babies!
Looks like she had a great Bday party and mommy date. Sorry to hear about all the sick kids. I will keep you all in my prayers.

My sis just got over the swine flu. I think Paisley has it right now. I almost want it so I can just get it over with!
